When I first starting using this mask I didn't read the instructions for cleaning and cleaned it like normal. After a month the cushion would tear at the nose (even then it still didn't leak). When I started cleaning the cushion as directed (*feeling sheepish*), I am at 4 months and still going. When you care for it according to instructions, easy mask to care for and use. It is so comfortable and fits very well, very seldom do I have any issues with leaking. I agree the washing is a bit of a pain, but the comfort and functionality trump that little issue. Obviously, you have to be gentle when cleaning it, due to the foam, but i have had mine for over a year and it is still in great shape!

Buyers be aware that they do recommend you change to removable cushion every month. I find that ridiculous considering it cost $70 per!!!!

Keep in mind, if you don't like the cushion with the foam, you can always purchase the AirFit 20 cushion that is completely made of silicone.

Do your research people before you put negative reviews about a product!!! User abuse and ignorance of how to use the product or take care of it is no excuse!! (Posted on 5/17/19)

Like everyone else the foam split at the nose bridge after 2 months.

I can't edit my review so I'll post a new one. I confused the Air Touch with the Air Fit. I had used the Air Fit for 18 months with no issues and bought the Air Touch which has a foam cushion by mistake. For 2 months it was good with no leaks. The foam was a bit of a hassle to try to clean (it stayed wet a long time and was hard to judge if it was really clean). (Posted on 11/25/18)

I am having the same issue as Ken below. When I first got this mask and was using it I loved it. Comfort wise it is perfect, fits well and feels great. But after just a few months the memory foam at the bridge of the nose has torn. I have been able to adjust things so I am not getting leaks. I am very careful with my masks cleaning and taking care of them so I was socked it failed me so fast.

I will have to start looking for another mask with the comfort level of this one, with memory foam if possible and hope I have better luck then I did with this mask. Great for comfort but not for durability. (Posted on 10/20/17)

I ordered the AirTouch F20 in June 2017 and it has failed on July 28, 2017, because the memory foam cushion has split apart at the bridge of the nose. S, the mask has only lasted about a month. The cost of the mask was $184.00. I would expect that a mask costing this much money would last at least a year.

Stay away from this mask, it is not worth the money.

For comfort this mask would rate a 5 - however, daily cleaning is kind of an important factor and it's totally annoying for that. First, there's cloth on one of the pieces that needs to be washed, so you could never wash it on a day you were travelling. Then there's rimmed vent holes (for lack of a better description) that they suggest cleaning with a toothbrush - as if you want to have to use a toothbrush every day and as if the toothbrush will reach the inner portion of the area in any case. The other thing suggested is soaking for x minutes. Fine if you want to do that, but it still doesn't answer the impossible to reach section. (Posted on 7/28/17)

After having used the Philips Respironics Amara View Full Face Mask the past year. I was looking for a new full face mask that went over the nose rather then under it like the Respironics Amara View mask did. I found with the under nose mask it leaked quite often no matter how I adjusted it. So I decided on this mask thinking how comfortable and how much of a good seal memory foam would provide. This mask is aces in my book so comfortable and seals so well and easily. I love this mask and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice fitting comfortable full face mask. Shipping Info

Shipping Information

Standard shipping is our default shipping method. Under this option we will use either United Parcel Service (UPS) or USPS (United States Post Office) to ship your package. We will make this determination based on speed and cost effectiveness. Shipping costs will be determined based on the total cost of your order. To calculate your shipping, add your item(s) to your shopping cart and use the box marked "Estimate Shipping and Tax".

Please note: Your package will be shipped from our warehouse in the US. We find that we can offer a larger selection of products by shipping directly from the United States, and while we do have offices in Canada, all customer packages will leave from the US warehouse. Because of this, shipment times can vary widely. It generally only takes a few days for the package to reach Canada, but depending on the office at which it arrives, time spent in Customs can be anywhere from 2-4 weeks. 

Also, customs officers make a determination as to whether or package should be assessed import duties. We mark every Canadian package as "Personal Medical Supplies" to discourage assessment of these duties. But, if duties are assessed at your Customs office, we cannot be held responsible for those costs. These are not included in your shipping or product charges. Should duties be assessed unfairly, we can provide you with an appeal form that may help in getting your duty charges back.

When will my order be shipped?

Most orders placed before 3:30pm EST/EDT Monday through Friday will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Customers with orders that will take longer to ship will be informed via email or telephone. We make every effort to ship our packages as soon as the order and prescription are received, but certain items may take longer. You will be notified as soon as your order ships via email. We will include any tracking information available.

To help expedite your order shipment, please be sure to promptly send in any required prescriptions for purchased CPAP masks or machines. These will be necessary to process and ship your order quickly.

Prescription Policy

Our Prescription Policy

If your order includes CPAP masks, machines or heated humidifiers, we must have your prescription on file before we can ship your order. Please note that CPAP supplies and parts such as filters, tubing, water chambers, mask parts, cushions and pillows do not require a prescription.

There are three easy ways to give us your CPAP prescription:

  • Fax your prescription to us: (855)505-9178.
  • Email your prescription to prescriptions@canadacpapsupply.com.
  • We can request your prescription for you! Contact customer service at (855)708-2727 or download and print this Physician's RX Order Form document that will allow you to easily and quickly request a prescription from your doctor. Download the form, send it to your doctor, allow him to complete it, and then send it back to us!

NOTE: If you fax or email a prescription, please write your order number on your prescription. A prescription for a standard CPAP must include a set pressure setting.
